Global Digital Workforce

Each company can organize work directly in the platform, involving internal and external profiles, activating the “Sponsor” profile to:
  • Start new projects and organize teams
  • Purchase consultancies or publications
  • Hire new collaborators with international contracts in compliance with dozens of countries around the world
They can create contracts in two different ways:
  1. The company stipulates a service contract with DWC, which hires directly all the workers as an employer thanks to a platform contract, already approved by the main trade unions.
  2. The company directly creates contracts for its workers, following the flow suggested by the digital platform.

Artificial intelligence-driven team creation

For each project entered by a Sponsor user, an algorithm within the platform suggests a shortlist of candidates, whose skills match with the characteristics included in the description of the project itself.

It is also possible to select one or more Project Managers, who can then select autonomously the profiles who will work on the project.

Finally, you can create synergies between your own employees and external collaborators on Digital Work City.
